Bram Devein is a vampire who previously went to Belfry Prep, but now goes to Monster High. Bram has blonde hair (which is most likely bleached judging by his dark eyebrows), red eyes, and very pale skin. He wears a red shirt and tie just like all the other vampires from Belfry Prep.
